    San Diego Personal Trainer Custom nutrition plans come standard with all packages or they are available for purchase by themselves. Each package of 10 sessions or more includes a basic nutritional plan, with the option of upgrading to the intermediate or advanced plan for only the difference in cost.

    I am now teaching a martial arts class for children! Classes are twice a week in the evenings at the Ocean Air Recreation Center in the Carmel Mountain area of San Diego.
