Although it's important to estabilish what metabolic type you are the basic rule of thumb for the breakdown of proteins, carbohydrates, and fats is:

Healthy Turkey Taco Recipe

Ground Turkey Tacos

Ingredients:
1 package of lean ground turkey
1 package of taco shells
Diced spinach
Shredded cheese
Chopped onion
Diced tomato
Chopped cilantro
Salsa
Montreal Seasoning to taste

Cook the ground turkey in a pan and season to taste with Montreal Seasoning. Bake the taco shells for a about 2 minutes. Fill the shells with turkey meat and top with spinach, cheese, cilantro, onion, tomato and salsa if you prefer. Serve with a side of steamed Quinoa.

Healthy Strawberry with greek yogurt Recipe

Greek Yogurt With Strawberries & Flax Seeds

Ingredients:
1 cup of greek yogurt
Sliced strawberries
1 Tbsp of Agave sweetener or honey
1 Tsp Flax seeds

Throw everything together and enjoy!

Steel Cut Oats With Bananas

Ingredients:
1/4 cup Steel Cut Oats
1 sliced banana
1 Tsp Agave Sweetener
1 Tsp Flax seeds

Cook the oats with 1.5 cups water for 30 minutes. When that's done, put everything together and enjoy!
