Since no client is the same in San Diego, personal fitness training has
many different aspects that need to be

As an elite trainer, I will perform a series of
assessments and evaluations that will help me
pin-point where you are physically. Once we've
uncovered all of our obstacles, I will then help
take you to a level of fitness that surpasses all of
your expectations. By customizing a nutrition plan
and taking you through personalized work-outs, as a San Diego personal fitness trainer,

Home Training
I will travel to your San Diego home or resident gym and
put you through a customized personal fitness training program with
state of the art functional fitness equipment. I will use
balls, bands, weights, and balance equipment to give you
an extraordinary work-out, all in your own home.
Train at Mission Bay and receive my lowest rate
Some people have requested outdoor training such as the beach or a park. Since I love training at Mission Bay, I am offering a discounted price per training session, located near the Visitor's Center at Mission Bay. If you love to be outside, just name the place.
Gym Training
I can train you in your home or office gym. I will bring extra equipment to supplement the exercises you will be doing.
Details:
Sesssions are 50-60 minutes in length including stretching.
If you purchase a training sessions package, discounts will be applied.
