You want to take this product in powder form and at 15-20 grams per day spread out. I recommend morning, pre-workout and before bed.
100% Pure Whey Protein – Whey protein comes from milk and has been shown to be the most effective protein in building muscle. As a general rule of thumb you want to consume roughly 1.5 grams of protein per kg of body weight per day. This number fluctuates depending on the number of calories you’re consuming in a day, but equals to about 30% of your total calories from proteins.
Multi-Vitamin – Everyone should be taking a strong multi-vitamin no matter what your goals are. I recommend a company called USANA or GNC’s vitamin packs. Obtaining the proper nutrients and vitamins in your diet is a necessity and more often than not, requires a multi-vitamin.
No-Xplode – This product is for mainly men who are looking for an extra jump on their weight gain. Having great experience with this product myself, it has to be high up on my recommendation list.
