NeuroKinetic Therapy is a movement system that is used for both assessment and rehabilitative purposes.  It can be used to help treat a wide variety of injuries and has shown great results when implemented correctly.

David Weinstock, the co-founder of NeuroKinetic Therapy brought this system of precise muscle testing to life, which has the ability to reprogram the Motor Control Center in the cerebellum.  After an injury the Motor Control Center adopts various compensation patterns that need to be unlearned so that the body can function properly.  If these compensation patterns go uncorrected than the likelihood of further injury is greatly increased.

As a level 3 (highest level) practitioner, I test various structures of the body that are weak or that don’t have the ability to inhibit. I use advanced manual muscle testing techniques that have strong routes in neuroscience to uncover these structures.  Once I locate the areas that are causing the imbalance or pain, I find the paired structure and I use various manual therapy techniques to release the facilitated (overactive) structure.  I use the term “structure” instead of muscle, because ligaments, scars, fascia, cranial sutures, etc, all have proprioception and can become an issue that needs to be addressed.
